GRADIE: unique, talented and award winning Singer Songwriter. Above all, GRADIE is real. She sings from the soul combining artistry, story telling and song in perfect harmony. GRADIE is a published writer (A.P.R.A. & P.R.S.) and has written for other artists, undertaking commissions. She worked as a professional performer in the United Kingdom and Europe before becoming a mother and settling in New Zealand.
GRADIE began her musical career in the UK quickly working her way up to performing at large music festivals and in theatres. She has won several awards including ‘Country Band of the Year’, ‘Top UK Female Country Artist’ and ‘Most Promising Newcomer for an Original Song’, (C.M.A. Austin, Texas). Before leaving for New Zealand, GRADIE had work recorded on the Prism and Tring labels as part of compilation albums. She also wrote, performed, and toured a successful theatre show with her band, paying tribute to the ‘Legendary Ladies of Country’. GRADIE sings from the soul, perfectly combining artistry and storytelling. She particularly enjoys writing songs that contain a humanitarian element and is a published writer for other signed artists. GRADIE worked as a professional performer in the United Kingdom and Europe before becoming a mother and settling in New Zealand. She now focuses on songwriting and is still recording her own work. Throughout the course of her musical career, GRADIE has won over the hearts of music lovers from all walks of life. Performing at a variety of venues, from small country clubs to theatres making countless appearances. Award- winning GRADIE has been earning the admiration and affection of fans since 1998, Serving as both an inspiration and a role model.

If my music, along with the humanitarian messages of others, can help raise awareness or empathy for those around us, then it has done its job.
So many of our fellow human beings living in regions where poverty, violence and corruption are a daily reality of life, need society's fortunate ones to stand up for them .
